Thinking of Reapplying? Call after June 13 to make an appointment for feedback.

June 2, 2011

The Wharton MBA for Executives is one of the most competitive EMBA programs in the world and applicants usually have about a one in three chance of being admitted.  Not only do our executive MBA applicants need to meet the same high standards that are required for Wharton’s full-time MBA program, they also must show more work and managerial leadership experience.

If you applied to Wharton’s EMBA program, but were not offered a place in this year’s incoming class, a member of our Admissions Committee will be happy to provide feedback on that decision.  This is particularly helpful if you are thinking about reapplying next year or even at some point down the road.

During a feedback session, the committee member will have your file on hand and can discuss your competitive weaknesses and ways you might be able to improve your profile.  For example, you might be told that your GMAT score raised a red flag.  Or perhaps you haven’t shown enough work experience in which case it would be better to wait a few years before you reapply.

If you applied to the Philadelphia program and would like to set up a phone call to obtain feedback on your application, please contact our office after June 13. Wharton | San Francisco applicants can contact our West Coast office also after June 13 to schedule a call.

During your appointment, make sure to ask questions.  The better your feedback, the stronger your application can be when you reapply!
